ELIGIBILITY
Membership is open to anyone who is 50 years of age or older, or who is the spouse of an eligible member.

 MEMBERSHIP FEES
 Membership fees are $15.00 per year for city residents,
 $35.00 per year for Sullivan County residents and $60.00
 per year for all other county residents. Scholarships are
 available. Membership year runs with the city's fiscal year, from
 the end of June to the beginning of July of the following year.
